Teriyaki Tempeh & Vegetable Noodles

Bring the water to a boil. Make the teriyaki sauce for both the tempeh and bok choy in one small saucepan. Simply divide it up between the two dishes when the time comes. If you like extra sauce, it is easy enough to double it. Start with caramelizing the onions. Add in the broccoli florets. Sear the tempeh. Cook the noodles and saute the bok choy. Add the sauce to the dishes. Serve altogether.

Teriyaki Tempeh

Liven a simple base of tempeh with a sweet & sticky teriyaki sauce. Tempeh is packed and fermented soy beans similar to tofu, except the soy beans are left whole, giving it a unique texture. Similar to tofu it needs a bit of flavor enhancement for full enjoyment.

A simple teriyaki sauce is tossed with long strips of bok choy and noodles for an easy side. Just add a bit more protein or veggies for a complete dish. Udon noodles are the best for this dish but rice noodles or even fettucine work well instead.

Caramelized Onion & Broccoli

Caramelized the onions into a deep golden, then fold in the broccoli. A splash of broth or white wine will bring them together in steamy goodness.
