Simple Popcorn Seasoning

 

Start with already popped corn and then add this simple mixture on for a health-packed snack or pairing for lunch. Nutritional Yeast can be found at health food stores, in the bulk section or sometimes near the supplements. It not only adds a buttery-rich flavor, but it is loaded with B-vitamins, especially great for vegans and vegetarians.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil, extra virgin, or melted butter
  • 4 cups popcorn

Serving Size: 2 People



 

Preparation Instructions

Shake together the nutritional yeast, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and salt.

Sprinkle the fresh popcorn with the olive oil and then toss on the seasonings.
