Lox, Creme Fraiche and Capers

from Latkes with Lox and Beluga Lentils, the Week of November 24, 2013.

This is less of a recipe and more of a lovely suggested trio. Always seek out Wild Salmon, either cured or smoked will work beautifully.

Ingredients

  • 6 ounces lox, or smoked salmon
  • 4 ounces creme fraiche, substitute sour cream or whipped cream cheese instead
  • 2 tablespoons capers, drained

Serving Size: 2 People



 

Preparation Instructions

To serve, arrange the lox on a platter with a generous dollop of the creme fraiche and the well-drained capers alongside.
