Over the next 30 days, learn how to enjoy a more wholesome, delightful way to eat that reduces your carbon footprint and increases your body’s vitality.
Bite off as as much of this challenge as you can handle. Each of us has different eating habits. Evaluate your life and start with what is doable, realistic and still challenging. If you live off monster energy drinks and packaged food products just replacing these items with healthier, mostly plant-based ingredients will be a great first step. If you already focus on whole, nutritious foods hopefully this will take you to the next step of eating in a planet friendly way.
We hope you find the challenge informative and inspiring. Every email will have action steps. We also space them out every few days to encourage you to digest the information fully with time to take care of your mini-missions throughout the challenge.
