Curry Turkey Burgers & Grilled Cauliflower

Chop up all the veggies, including the cauliflower. Mash and patty together the burgers. Set the grill at medium, but identify the hotter and cooler locations. Place the cauliflower on the grill and sear on each side. Grill the burgers in a slightly hotter location on the grill. Prepare the burger fillings. Stuff the burgers in the pitas and finish with sauce & toppings.

Curry Turkey Burgers

Hint of curry, sprinkle of green onions & carrots and a few dollops of mango chutney turn typically dry ground turkey into delightful burgers for the grill. Place in a bun or pita bread stuffed with more veggies, mango chutney and yogurt sauce (skip this if you avoid dairy).

Grilled Cauliflower

Chunks or thick slices of cauliflower are fun grilled, although relatively plain. Be sure to generously season with salt & pepper and drizzle on your favorite sauce to serve. It is the perfect base for stronger flavors such as blue cheese or pesto.
