Roasted Sweet Potatoes

Roasting sweet potatoes makes them taste like candy. Slightly crispy edges with a soft, melting interior.

Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 lb sweet potato, peel & cut into chunks
  • 1 pinch sea salt, or more to taste

Serving Size: 2 People



 

Preparation Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375.

Toss the sweet potatoes on the baking sheet with olive oil. Sprinkle lightly with the sea salt to taste.

Roast for 18-25 minutes until slightly crispy on the outside and soft in the center.
