Blackberry-Spinach Chicken Wraps

from Blackberry & Spinach Chicken Wrap , the Week of August 30, 2015

Shred leftover chicken and toss with barbeque sauce from the Blackberry Grilled Chicken. Plan to make this for lunch the day after. Add in a few more vegetables to the wrap and a lunch using leftovers if served.

Ingredients

  • 1 tortilla, wrap, such as spinach
  • ½ chicken, cooked & shredded (use leftover griled chicken)
  • 2 tablespoons barbeque sauce, blackberry (leftovers) or store-bought
  • ¼ red onion, sliced, optional
  • 1 cup baby spinach

Serving Size: 1 Person



 

Preparation Instructions

Shred the leftover grilled chicken. Toss with the barbeque sauce. Lay in the center of a wrap tortilla.

Top with the red onions, if using and the baby spinach.

Fold in one end (to be the bottom) and wrap up like a burrito, leaving one end open. Wrap in foil to pack up to go.
