Avocado Tahini Nutty Quinoa with Spinach Salad

1. Cook the quinoa.
2. Whip up the Avocado Tahini Dressing and lemon dressing for the salad.
3. Wash and dry the greens.
4. Fold the nutty quinoa together.
5. Try packing it in a Mason jar to take on the go: place the quinoa on the bottom, drizzle on the avocado tahini and then top with the salad. Toss when it is time to eat.
