1. This is a great way to use leftover chicken, but if that is not available, simply use this recipe to sear the chicken.
2. Whisk up the dressing and package separately. 3. Assemble the salad in a dish and package separately.
4. Take on the go and toss altogether when you are ready to enjoy.

Just prior to searing the chicken it is dipped in a little flour. Use brown-rice, whole wheat or even white flour to give it a lovely, nearly crispy crust.
