A warm salad pairs nicely with the chilled soup. Make the Strawberry Gazpacho first, this will give it plenty of time to chill out in the freezer. As soon as it is chilling, start preparing the sweet potatoes and toss the salad.

A bright way to use end of season strawberries blended with cucumbers and almonds. Then you can take it from there adding whatever fresh herbs available to you. Although, basil & mint are lovely with strawberries.

Earthy orange-glazed sweet potatoes are tossed with bright & bitter dandelions to create a delightful salad whose flavors bounce off of each other ever so nicely. A bit of your favorite strong cheese such as a crumble of feta or strips of manchego would be a perfect addition for any cheese lovers.
