Toss these two salads, store in separate containers and take on the go. A handful of lettuce or a few slices of whole-grain bread will make this lunch even better.

Salmon Salad Sandwiches

Similar to a tuna salad, but with a bit more veggies. Be sure to select wild salmon, especially from Alaska where fishermen lead the highest industry standard for catching salmon sustainably. Leftover or canned salmon works well for this salad. Greek yogurt can be substituted for the mayonnaise.

Creamy Radish Salad

A light yogurt herb dressing is tossed with radishes until their sharp bite sighs into sweetness. Use the herbs you have available such as mint, basil, parsley or thyme.
