More of a snack than a lunch, but we put it here because it seems best enjoyed on a lazy afternoon when you are a bit bored, a tad hungry and not quite ready for dinner. The nutritional yeast will give you a hearty boost of b-vitamins which are great if you avoid meat. This is also fabulous as an appetizer for a party or of course for a movie at home.

Start the popcorn and then toss together the seasonings while you wait for it to start popping. Then shake, shake, shake the pan until it is full of fluffiness. Finally, drizzle with olive oil or melted butter and season until it is perfectly flavored for you.

Start with already popped corn and then add this simple mixture on for a health-packed snack or pairing for lunch. Nutritional Yeast can be found at health food stores, in the bulk section or sometimes near the supplements. It not only adds a buttery-rich flavor, but it is loaded with B-vitamins, especially great for vegans and vegetarians.
