Spicy Shredded Beef & Sweet Potato Bowl

Simmer the beef first. Roast the sweet potatoes, the longer they roast the easier they will peel. The beans can be made at any point and then warmed just prior to serving. Saute the greens after everything is ready. Assemble altogether or serve in warm dishes for people to create their own bowls.
