Teriyaki Tempeh and Bok Choy Slaw

Simmer the teriyaki sauce. Sear the tempeh. Slice the ingredients for the slaw. Make the dressing and toss it. Add the teriyaki sauce to the tempeh. To take on the go, package the slaw and tempeh separately. Warm the tempeh or enjoy it at room temperature or chilled for lunch.

Teriyaki Tempeh

Liven a simple base of tempeh with a sweet & sticky teriyaki sauce. Tempeh is packed and fermented soy beans similar to tofu, except the soy beans are left whole, giving it a unique texture. Similar to tofu it needs a bit of flavor enhancement for full enjoyment.
