Preheat the oven for the Turkey. Prepare the drumsticks and roast. Peel and slice the sweet potatoes, spread on a baking sheet and roast separately. Whisk up the dressing while they bake. Wash, dry and rub the kale leaves with olive oil and a pinch of salt. Roast in the final ten minutes. Serve the meal with big cloth napkins, renaissance-style, and the Honey Mustard Dressing alongside for dipping.

Sweet Potato Fries

Sweet Potato fries have a bit more of a nutritional boost than their white potato counterparts. Roasting them brings out the natural sweetness, which makes these fries an extra lovely treat to eat.

Kale Chips

Kale chips are probably our favorite way to make kale. Roasted with a light drizzle of olive oil, salt and black pepper, if you so choose. They are simple to make and addictive to boot.

Honey Mustard Dressing

Simple as can be to whip up with only a handful of ingredients, unlike the store-bought varieties which often contain suspicious chemicals and additives. Make this vegan by using agave instead of honey. Although, you may want to call it Agave-Mustard Dressing, instead. ;-)
