Apricot Butter

 

Creamy, perfect spread for bagels or even as a low-sugar alternative to frosting.

Ingredients

  • 6 ounces apricot jam, 3/4 cup
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 4 ounces butter, salted, softened

Serving Size: 8 People



 

Preparation Instructions

Place the ingredients softened to room temperature in a food processor and blend until smooth and creamy.

Alternatively if the ingredients are very soft they can be mashed, folded and whisked together until smooth.

Apricot butter should last about 1 week in the fridge.
