Baked Eggs

If you like your egg yolks basically cooked through and you want the process to be as simple as possible try these easy baked eggs. This is a good way to serve eggs to a small crowd and guarantee they are all cooked and done at the same time.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon butter, unsalted
  • 6 wholes egg
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper

Serving Size: 4 People

Preparation Instructions

Preheat oven to 375.

Rub butter on the sides and bottom of a cast iron skillet or small casserole dish.

Crack the eggs into the dish until it is just full. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Bake for 7-12 minutes until the whites are cooked through and the yolks are as cooked or as runny as you like.

Cut into wedges to serve.
