Blue Cheese Spread

 

Thick yogurt is whipped up with blue cheese to create an easy way to spread on the tangy, sharp goodness of your favorite cheese.

Ingredients

  • cup greek yogurt, or strained yogurt
  • 4 ounces blue cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter, unsalted, softened
  • ¼ cup sweet onion , finely minced, optional
  • 1 tablespoon fresh herbs, such as chives, parsley, basil, mint or thyme, optional
  • 1 pinch salt, to taste

Serving Size: 4 People



 

Preparation Instructions

Whisk together all of the ingredients: yogurt, blue cheese, softened butter, finely minced sweet onions and fresh herbs, if using.

Season with salt & pepper to taste.
