Fresh Fruit Kanten

 

A breakfast dessert of juice goodness to make your day a bit brighter and sweeter. Nourishing agar agar comes in powder form in little packets. This recipe is brought to you by Dr. Kaycie Grigel.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups orange juice, freshly squeezed (about 10 oranges)
  • 1 clementines, sliced into sunbursts
  • 4 strawberries, sliced
  • 3 teaspoons agar agar, powder

Serving Size: 4 People



 

Preparation Instructions

Add agar agar to the orange juice in a pot. Bring to a boil and simmer until the agar agar is completely dissolved. Add either to a lightly oiled jello mold or individual dessert cups.

Refrigerate 1 hour until set, and serve.
