Green Goddess Grilled Shrimp Salad

This simple salad can be entirely homemade with our Green Goddess dressing or if you are feeling lazy buy store-bought Annie’s Goddess Dressing and some cooked shrimp, but if you have about 10 extra minutes to spare consider making it all from scratch and pair it with some Grilled Polenta or whole-grain French Bread.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups spring greens, washed and dried well
  • 1 cucumber, small, peel if the skin is tough & thinly slice
  • 3 radishes, thinly sliced
  • 10 ounces shrimp, grilled (homemade or buy cooked store-bought)
  • 3 ounces green goddess dressing, store-bought or homemade

Serving Size: 2 People

Preparation Instructions

Arrange the spring green lettuce leaves, cucumbers and radishes on a plate. Top with the Grilled Shrimp and drizzle on the Green Goddess Dressing.

Serve immediately.
