Green Onion Dressing

 

Only three ingredients and a blender will make this bright, pungent creamy salad dressing.

Ingredients

  • 1 green onion, or two if your onion is small/thin
  • 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar , or other preferred vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil

Serving Size: 2 People



 

Preparation Instructions

Roughly chop the green onion.

Toss the green onion parts and vinegar in a blender. Blend until the green onion is mostly pureed. While the machine is running slowly drizzle in the olive oil.

Season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Taste. Add more salt and pepper as needed.
