Spring

Radish & Greens Salad

 

Radish. Lettuce. Yogurt-Lemon-Olive oil. Eat it. Love spring.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon plain yogurt
  • 1 lemon, juice, as much as you need
  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil, more or less
  • 4 cups lettuce, washed and shaken dry
  • 2 radishes, sliced paper-thin
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper, freshly ground

Serving Size: 2 People



 

Preparation Instructions

Whisk the lemon juice, yogurt, and olive oil. Toss with the vegetables. Season with salt & pepper.

Skip the yogurt to make this dairy free.
