Raspberry Yogurt Parfaits

 

Great way to use fresh Raspberries for breakfast or another type of Berry. If you don’t have any, try a bit of Raspberry Jam- the spreadable fruit kind.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • ½ teaspoon agave nectar, ot honey
  • ½ cup granola
  • ½ cup raspberries

Serving Size: 2 People



 

Preparation Instructions

Whisk together the yogurt and agave or honey to sweeten it.

Scoop in a bit of yogurt and sprinkle on the granola and berries. Continue to layer each dish until your desired amount.

Serve immediately.
