Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Tossed with olive oil and roasted at high heat, the edges will become dark and the centers el dente.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb brussels sprouts, about 1/2 pound per serving
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 pinch salt

Serving Size: 2 People

Preparation Instructions

Preheat the oven to 425.

Trim the Brussels sprout ends and cut in half. Toss them with olive oil & salt and spread out on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or foil.

Roast for 20-30 minutes until tender to the bite in the center. If the outer leaves are darkening faster than the centers are cooking, reduce the temperature.
