Roasted Garbanzo Beans

 

This delightful snack adds flavor and nuttiness to otherwise plain beans.

Ingredients

  • 1 can garbanzo beans
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt

Serving Size: 2 People



 

Preparation Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400.

Drain the garbanzos and rinse a couple of times. Roll around in a dish towel to dry.

Discard any of the little skins that fly off.

Place on a baking sheet and toss with olive oil and salt.

Roast for 40 minutes, more or less, as soon as they are crispy. Stir and toss every 10-15 minutes as needed.
