Maple Cream Cheese

Almost a frosting, but with significantly less sugar, not too mention missing any weird additives & chemicals. Perfect to spread on toast, bagels, spiced muffins, cupcakes, waffles, pancakes, or cornbread. Since it is just lightly kissed with maple syrup it will help lower the glycemic level on a sweeter breakfast selection.

Maple Squash Salad

Spiced and roasted chunks of squash are drizzled with a Maple Dressing and tossed with greens, pumpkin seeds and creamy goat cheese. The dressing is thickened by pumpkin seeds, double that and the roasted squash to enjoy easy salads throughout the week. Skip the goat cheese to make it vegan or gluten-free.

Marsala Acorn Squash
