Egg Sandwich with a Kale Smoothie

Place all of the ingredients for the smoothie in the blender. Start to whip together the Egg Sandwich. As it finishes up, hit the blend button and serve both together. You can also wrap up the sandwich and place the smoothie in a container for a meal on the go.

Kale Date Smoothie

Grassy, earthy but temptingly sweet. Just a couple dates, a couple leaves of kale and a generous handful of frozen fruit. Any fruit will do, but fresh seasonal peaches would be lovely mid to late summer. To make this vegan simply substitute the dairy products for almond milk or juice.
