Cranberry Glaze

Sweet, tangy and savory cranberry glaze is perfect drizzle across meat or even better the vegan Lentil Nut Loaf.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cranberry juice, unsweetened
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, fresh, peeled and finely minced
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika, more if desired
  • ½ teaspoon worcestershire sauce , vegan, optional
  • 1 pinch salt, more to taste

Serving Size: 6 People



 

Preparation Instructions

Combine the cranberry juice and fresh ginger in a small saucepan. Bring up to a simmer over high heat. Once it is bubbling and you can smell the ginger, stir in the maple syrup, smoked paprika, and worcestershire sauce.

Bring back up to a simmer and reduce the sauce until it is about 1/3-1/2 cup. Scoop out a small taste. Cool. Taste. Add salt as desired.
