from Swiss Cheese Zucchini Saute, Tomatoes & Corn Vichyssoise with Roasted Chili Cream , the Week of August 12, 2012.
View the previous or next recipe for this meal.

An easy way to create a spicy dollop of creamy goodness. Greek yogurt or sour cream will both work. We used red roasted hatch chilies, but green ones will be tasty as well.

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup hatch chili, typically one or two freshly roasted chilies
  • ½ cup sour cream, or greek yogurt
  • ¼ teaspoon salt, more or less to taste

Serving Size: 4 People

Preparation Instructions

Place the chilies and sour cream in the blender. Whirl around until smooth. Taste. Add the salt to your desired taste. If it needs more spice, add more chilies. Too spicy? Add more sour cream or yogurt.
