Fill this salmon salad in between two slices of bread with a few pieces of lettuce. Alternatively, serve on a bed of lettuce. If taking to go, package the bread and/or lettuce separately from the salmon salad in order for your lunch to be fresh, not soggy and with crisp lettuce.

Salmon Salad Sandwiches

Similar to a tuna salad, but with a bit more veggies. Be sure to select wild salmon, especially from Alaska where fishermen lead the highest industry standard for catching salmon sustainably. Leftover or canned salmon works well for this salad. Greek yogurt can be substituted for the mayonnaise.
