Savory Mushroom Crumble with Apple-Blue Cheese Salad

Chop up the onions & mushrooms for the crumble and saute. Make the crumble. Whisk up the dressing for the salad. As soon as it starts to bake, slice the fruits & vegetables for the salad. Assemble the salad. Drizzle with dressing right after the crumble comes out of the oven.

Almost a tart without the fruit, but easier to toss together with a garlicky-herb crumble on top. Substitute breadcrumbs if you cannot find almond meal or flour.
