Honey Mustard Dressing

from Turkey Legs with Sweet Potato Fries & Kale Chips with Honey Mustard Dressing, the Week of November 10, 2013.
View the next recipe for this meal.

Simple as can be to whip up with only a handful of ingredients, unlike the store-bought varieties which often contain suspicious chemicals and additives. Make this vegan by using agave instead of honey. Although, you may want to call it Agave-Mustard Dressing, instead. ;-)

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • tablespoon honey
  • 4 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 pinch black pepper, to taste

Serving Size: 3 People

Preparation Instructions

Combine all of the ingredients in a small jar and shake to combine.

Alternatively, whisk them together in the bowl where you will be tossing your salad.
