The Strawberry Granola is best made ahead. Try making it the night before as soon as dinner is done cooking or while doing the last couple hours of your evening routine. You can even let it cool inside the oven drying out further until the next morning. The smoothie whips up quickly. A generous sprinkle of granola can be stirred in, layered with the smoothie or eaten alongside with a splash of your favorite milk.

Strawberry Granola

Strawberries make the granola sweet, a bit tangy and low in refined sugars, but the flavor is subtle. If you need even more strawberry action, add a handful of dried strawberries to highlight the fruit a bit more in this tasty make ahead breakfast.

Strawberry-Banana Smoothie

Combine the strawberry & bananas or make it into stripes, either way this is simple strawberry goodness. Plan on freezing your fruit for an extra creamy chilly smoothie. Make it dairy-free by using the cream top of coconut milk or make it higher in protein by using milk instead of juice.
