Make the pie crust. Prepare the filling ingredients for the quiche. Fill. Bake. Place all of the ingredients for the smoothie in the blender and blend as soon as the quiche is done cooking. The quiche is also ideal to make ahead and serve in cold or room temperature pieces. Then you can make the smoothies fresh every morning.

Chard Quiche

Saute up chard or other greens to stuff into this classic egg dish that can be served for breakfast, lunch, dinner, brunch, snacks, picnics, on-the-go… endless possibilities as it is tasty warm, cold and room temperature. Add cheese or another sauteed veggie or two as well, such as onions or even broccoli. Leave off the crust, simply rub the pan with a bit of butter or oil for a gluten-free, dairy-free, low-carb option.

Carrot Cake Smoothie

The flavors, spices and essence of carrot cake are smoothed out into creamy deliciousness. Add flakes of coconut for an almost crumbly texture. If you like nuts in your carrot cakes, add a small handful of your favorite. If you want it a bit creamier, add yogurt.
