Brown Rice & Eggs with Nori Flakes

from Nori Sprinkled Brown Rice & Eggs, the Week of June 1, 2014.
View the next recipe for this meal.

Another breakfast with a great carb/protein ratio. The nori adds minerals to an already healthy dish loaded with B vitamins, fiber, and protein. Think fried rice that’s really, really good for you!

~Created by Lizzy Marshall

  • 1 egg, beaten
  • ½ teaspoon soy sauce, tamari , more or less
