Pico de Gallo

With fresh tomatoes this salsa is simple and off the hook delish.

Ingredients

  • 1 tomato, large, diced
  • 2 tablespoons sweet onion
  • 1 tablespoon jalapeno, finely minced
  • 1 tablespoon cilantro, finely minced
  • 1 lime, small, juiced, add zest if desired

Serving Size: 2 People



 

Preparation Instructions

Finely chop the tomatoes, sweet onions, jalapeno, and cilantro. Toss together. Finish with lime juice to taste and zest if using.
