Peach Smoothie

At the height of peach season, freeze them in slices in order to enjoy these light, happy smoothies anytime. To make them dairy-free & vegan, use more juice instead of yogurt.

Ingredients

  • 1 peach, cut into chunks, fresh or frozen
  • ½ banana, cut into chunks, frozen
  • ½ cup plain yogurt
  • ¼ cup orange juice, or more if needed, peach nectar could work if available
  • 1 tablespoon protein powder, optional for an extra boost in the morning

Serving Size: 1 Person



 

Preparation Instructions

Place the peach & banana chunks, yogurt, and a few splashes of juice in the blender. Blend. Add in more juice as needed.
Add in the protein powder if using.

Serve immediately.
