Cherry Almond Yogurt with Chocolate Granola

Make the granola ahead and cool. The morning of, it will take less than 10 minutes to prepare this. Whip up the yogurt & cherries. When you go to assemble the parfait, simply incorporate in the granola.

Chocolate Granola

A handful of chocolate chips and cocoa powder makes this granola one of my favorites. And really who would turn down chocolate for breakfast! It is antioxidant fun in a bowl. Placing the chocolate chips in at the end means they will melt and clump the oats, but not overcook and burn.

Cherry Almond Yogurt

Start with sweet cherries & almond extract. Mash them into the yogurt, to taste. Layer with almonds for a delightful breakfast.
