Prepare the broccoli strata, the night prior if desired. Substitute your favorite gluten-free bread if necessary. As soon as it goes in the oven, whip up the fruit & nut salad. Serve together.

Broccoli Strata

Eggs moisten and fluff up day old bread in this easy casserole that is packed with broccoli. Make this in advance, even the night before, and enjoy an easy, pop it in the oven meal for dinner or brunch.

For dairy free, simply substitute water for the milk. However, if you are a dairy-queen, do not hesitate to sprinkle on cheese as it will be tastiness. This could potentially be gluten-free by using your favorite g-free bread.

Yogurt dressing is lightly sweetened while chunks of dates and nuts add interesting texture. Use any of your favorite winter fruit. If adding banana, add at the very last minute.
