Jalapeno Crusted Fish with Lime Sweet Potatoes and Wilted Greens

Roast the sweet potatoes. Chop the greens. Prepare the crust for the fish. Assemble and crust the fish as the sweet potatoes finish up roasting. Sear the fish on each side. Wilt the greens. Toss the sweet potatoes with the lime and zest. Serve altogether while still hot.
