Spicy Almond Chicken Stir Fry

Start the brown rice. Prepare the veggies for the stir-fry. Whip up the spicy almond sauce. Saute the chicken pieces. Stir-fry the vegetables in a separate skillet just after you start the chicken. Serve the chicken on top of the veggies and rice. Drizzle the sauce on top or serve at the table for each guest to decorate their own.
