Turkey Legs with Dirty-Martini Kale & Dijon Potatoes

Preheat the oven to 450 for both dishes. Prepare the Turkey Legs and Potatoes. Roast alongside each other. After the potatoes are tossed with the Dijon, start preparing the Dirty-Martini Kale ingredients. When the Turkey comes out of the oven and is resting for five minutes, steam the kale. Serve altogether.

Do you love the briny, tangy goodness of cocktail olives? This dish is simply kale steamed with a splash of ‘olive juice’, vodka or gin and sliced green olives. Just like a dirty martini. Use any olives that you adore, we actually prefer the garlic stuffed olives or the classic olives stuffed with pimentos.
