End of Winter Salad with Nutty Quinoa & Avocado-Tahini Dressing

1. Bring the quinoa up to a simmer.
2. Slice, peel and shred all of the vegetables.
3. Puree the dressing.
4. Finish the quinoa and serve altogether salad bar style so each diner can prepare their own.
