View the previous recipe for this meal.

Almost a cross between coleslaw and tuna salad. The extra vegetables give a nutritional boost to a regular tuna salad. Use mayonnaise, veganaise, yogurt or a combination of the two in the dressing.

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup mayonnaise, or greek yogurt
  • 1 lemon, zest and juice
  • ½ tablespoon dill, fresh, minced or dry
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 1 cup cabbage, shredded cabbage
  • 1 can tuna, albacore

Serving Size: 2 People

Preparation Instructions

Whisk together the mayonnaise or yogurt, lemon juice & zest, and dill. Toss together the cabbage, tuna and dressing. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve on bread or eat as a salad.
