Place all of the smoothie ingredients in the blender. Prepare all of the ingredients for the wrap and then start cooking and assembling. The wraps and smoothie each can be easily taken on the go for quick breakfasts on the run.

At the height of peach season, freeze them in slices in order to enjoy these light, happy smoothies anytime. To make them dairy-free & vegan, use more juice instead of yogurt.

This is our family’s favorite when we are eating on the run and we want eggs. I don’t even pull out a cutting board to make it happen, just scissors, a skillet, a wooden spatula and a jar to shake up the egg.
