Autumn Fruit with Yogurt-Sauce

Use any seasonal fruit that appears ripe and ready. Cut up and then drizzle on this simple yogurt sauce.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup plain yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon honey, more or less depending on your preference
  • ½ tablespoon vanilla, or almond extract
  • 1 plum, or other stone fruit such as a peach, nectarine, or even cherries
  • 1 pear, or asian pear or apple
  • 1 apple, cut into slices

Serving Size: 1 Person



 

Preparation Instructions

Whisk together the yogurt, honey & vanilla or almond extract.

Slice the fruit into small pieces and arrange on a plate. Drizzle the yogurt sauce on top.

Enjoy.
