Shredded Pork Tacos

This dish is fabulous for a dinner party since you can make all of it well ahead- even the day prior. If you are making it the day of, just start well in advance.

Begin with the pork in a crockpot, pressure cooker or saucepan. Make the salsa. Shred the cabbage and any other taco toppings. The Shredded Pork is happy in a covered dish in the oven or a crockpot, set to “keep warm” or low. Warm the tortillas just prior to enjoying this taco feast.

Shredded Pork Tacos

Simmered until the pork falls apart, this works well on stovetop, in a pressure cooker or crock pot. The poaching liquid is reduced down afterwards for extra flavor. The most involved part is shredding the pork, find a buddy to get the job done faster.
