Star Anise Cranberry Bok Choy Stir Fry

Steam up the brown rice. If making the Star Anise Cranberry Sauce, start simmering it. Slice the bok choy and any other in season vegetables you would like to add. Roughly chop the cashews. Make the stir-fry sauce. Stir-fry the vegetables, add the sauce and nuts.
