Champagne Vinaigrette

Champagne vinegar and whole-grain mustard makes up this simple vinaigrette. Make a triple batch to last for a week or two.

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon whole-grain mustard
  • 1 teaspoon agave nectar, or honey
  • 1 tablespoon champagne vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • teaspoon salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper, to taste

Serving Size: 2 People



 

Preparation Instructions

Whisk together the mustard, agave/honey, and champagne vinegar. While whisking rapidly, slowly pour the olive oil in a steady thin stream.

Add the salt and pepper to taste.
