View the next recipe for this meal.

Do you start your day savory or sweet? Why not try a bit of both with a kick of black pepper? Ideally use the Black Pepper Parmesan Granola to give this an extra boost of savory love.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup greek yogurt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper, freshly ground
  • 2 peaches
  • ¾ cup granola, ideally black pepper parmesan
  • tablespoon honey, optional, more or less
  • 2 slices prosciutto, optional
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil, optional

Serving Size: 2 People

Preparation Instructions

Whisk the yogurt with the black pepper. Slice the peaches, serve alongside with the peaches and a dollop of honey on your spoon.

To make this extraordinary, add a sprinkle of salty prosciutto. Heat up the olive oil over medium heat, add the prosciutto and sear on each side until crispy. Break into pieces and serve on top.

As you bite into the yogurt & peaches you can add the honey to taste.
